Condiciones del Sorteo: VPS - Starter

En cumplimiento con la normativa vigente y para garantizar la transparencia y equidad en la realización del sorteo, establecemos las siguientes condiciones. El premio del sorteo consiste en un servidor VPS de la gama Starter de OVH, válido durante 1 año. El servicio será provisto según los términos y condiciones de OVH y estará sujeto a sus políticas de uso y soporte.

El sorteo se llevará a cabo a través de la plataforma Socialman. Para participar, los usuarios deberán cumplir con las acciones requeridas en dicha plataforma. Aunque Socialman sumará los puntos automáticamente, todas las acciones serán revisadas manualmente para verificar su cumplimiento. Por ejemplo, si un participante ha visitado la web https://desistemas.net y ha recibido puntos, pero no se ha suscrito a la newsletter, esos puntos no serán contabilizados. Esta revisión se aplica a todas las acciones requeridas para asegurar la integridad del proceso, en cumplimiento con el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD) y la Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico (LSSI-CE).

"Sigue en Twitter". Será necesario seguir a la cuenta oficial de X: https://twitter.com/ForoSistemas_ (+1 participación)

"RT + Like". Será necesario dar RT y LIKE a la publicación en X del sorteo. (+1 participación.)

"Usuario activo en ForoSistemas." Será necesario registrarse en la web oficial: https://forosistemas.com/ y habrá que registrarse, confirmar la cuenta con email y escribir un mínimo de tres (3) publicaciones ya sea en forma de "Nueva consulta", "Respuesta" o "Comentario". La parte organizadora se reserva el derecho de determinar si se han creado mensajes de Spam para participar en el sorteo o si se considera un "Usuario activo" para participar en el sorteo. La creación de Spam en la web causará el BAN permanente de dicha cuenta. (+5 participaciones)

"Suscripción a Newsletter". Será necesario entrar en la web: https://desistemas.net/newsletter-sistemas-ciberseguridad-tecnologia y suscribirse en las Newsletter. Si la web de sorteos Socialman detecta que has entrado y te da los puntos, pero luego no has completado la acción de suscripción a Newsletter, la acción no se considerará válida. (+5 participaciones)

"Unirse al grupo de Steam". Será necesario unirse al grupo a través de: https://steamcommunity.com/groups/forosistemas con una cuenta válida de Steam. Si la web de sorteos Socialman detecta que has entrado y te da los puntos, pero luego no has completado la acción de suscripción a Newsletter, la acción no se considerará válida. (+5 participaciones)

Cada punto recibido representa una participación en el sorteo, y cuantas más acciones completas y verificadas realice un participante, más oportunidades tendrá de ganar. Es necesario alcanzar una participación mínima de 100 personas para que el sorteo sea válido. En caso de no alcanzar este número, el sorteo será declarado nulo y sin validez, conforme a lo establecido en la Ley de Regulación de Juego.

Además, cualquier uso indebido de BOTS para alcanzar el mínimo de participantes o para obtener mayor participación en el sorteo resultará en la inhabilitación del mismo. La parte organizadora se reserva el derecho de cancelar el sorteo en cualquier momento si se detectan irregularidades, siguiendo lo dispuesto en la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal.

El sorteo se realizará de manera transparente, y el resultado se grabará en un vídeo que se subirá a YouTube, proporcionando una prueba del ganador y del proceso justo y equitativo. La fecha límite para participar es el 30 de junio de 2024. Cualquier participación después de esta fecha no será considerada, conforme al artículo 6 del Código Civil sobre el cumplimiento de plazos.

El ganador será contactado a través de los datos proporcionados durante la participación. Es responsabilidad del participante asegurarse de que los datos de contacto sean correctos y estén actualizados, en concordancia con lo estipulado por la normativa de Protección de Datos. La participación en el sorteo implica la aceptación de todas las condiciones aquí expuestas. La organización se reserva el derecho de modificar las condiciones del sorteo si fuera necesario, notificándolo con antelación adecuada a los participantes, en conformidad con la legislación aplicable en materia de protección al consumidor y usuario. El premio puede atender a diferencias de precio por situaciones personales con OVH, localización o de otro ámbito por lo que el premio tiene un valor monetario máximo de 12.00 EUR.
